Canora had as many chances as the axemen on the powerplay including a 5 on 3 in overtime. Like I said reffing was God awful both ways, Canora just didn't take advantage when it was their turn.

The difference is that canora had about 32 minutes worth of phantom penalties including 20 in the 3rd just to make sure swan could get back into it.

The refs were the difference in this game plain and simple. I was shocked canora was able to put up as many goals as they did for the amount of time they were in the penalty box. Next Friday is going to be a wild one.

Ain’t no way Canora rolls over. Friday, Canora will respond. Saturday will be the last senior game played in Minitonas when a brawl breaks out between dressing rooms resulting in a police escort. Sunday if we see game 5 will result many sick days taken Monday for both fans and players.

This exactly. The reffing both ways wasnt what we all want, but come on they had a lengthy 5 on 3 in the OT the did nothing with as well as blowing at one point 6-2 lead. Same thing in provincials, their inability to hold a lead and close out games and let's call it what it is, weak goaltending, are why they are down 2 games to none. The Axemen when they have their full line up are a good senior team, so not sure where people thought all Canora needed to do is just simply show up for 3 games and it would be over.

Yep totally agree with this post. When you put up 6 plus goals you should win. Goaltending is the major reason they will not move on.

Friday night in Canora I'm guessing will be another one you won't want to miss. Swan will probably bring 100+ fans. I would like to think canora responds but their goaltending just isn't cut out for the top guys on the axemen so I gotta think the Axemen come out on top. Question will be what kind of sh*t will Canora stir up??? Time will tell

Heard comments at the game in Minny and how some of thier fans act is pretty funny. Things really have not changed with them.

Lol worried about the fans. You better stay home and watch from the broadcast there pretty boy. Wouldn't want someone to hurt your feelings in the stands!!
