Lots of bashing against the jets. A team who came back from folding that was predicted to be last place. Over exceeded expectations this year. They are good for the wheatland and will only get better. Remember, the wheatland almost folded a couple seasons ago as well. You’re an idiot if u think rivals are way better. On paper they are probably the best team but couldn’t get it together for playoffs. The goaltending was the difference in this series. And guess what. You can’t win unless you have goaltending. Martin is the best goalie in the league and that goes along ways for the rivals. As a neutral follower of the wheatland, I agree with the first half of this post. The Jets were a solid team and good addition for the wheatland, ans hopefully continue to ice a solid team for years I watched two of the playoff games and the Jets definitely had the goaltending disadvantage in this series but they also didn’t generate any offence… either Jansens offence isn’t that good or Brew’s defence is more solid than people are giving credit for. I personally think that Jansen’s top 6 are just too soft, they disappeared Can’t lose a series that bad and chalk it all up to goaltending

I would agree with what you’ve said there, considering Jansen is put together with boys who couldn’t handle the LLHL it’s no surprise they are weak and soft. Other than Daelick, it’s a pretty watered down squad of local boys. Hopefully next season they can add some meat and potatoes that can handle the game when it gets tough.

It’s a momentum/confidence killer when you’re trying to bury the burnt one, then they come back and score easy. You guys all act like the rivals are all high and mighty lol. Each game was closer than the score indicated. I’m also shocked Ryan freed hasn’t got his face beaten in yet by some one in the league. Guys a big loser
