Final was 6-3 Tigers. One team looked poised, hungry and ready to play finals hockey. The other team was Canora. Unless the snakes find something quick, this series is gonna be over fast. yep totally agree. Roc forecheck and the ability to shut down Foster was pretty much evident tonight. Thompson still seems hurt and at one time took a hit from Foster and you could tell he was in discomfort. Roc had the game under control by the end of the second. Rested Thompson the rest of the game. See what happens tom. |

Yea definitely looks like thompson is still hurting. Rocanville with a full squad is the best team in this league by a long shot. Everyone hates on SEHL saying no talent. But here's another way to look at it. Canora played dinsmore who is a force to be reckoned with. They went to the finals with wilkie who everyone claims is the best team in the province, and they hung with wilkie. Canora played dinsmore and almost snubbed them. Took them to 0T in 3 games. Now rocanville is kinda making canora look like an easy target after 1 game. I think rocanville with a full squad and all players healthy can compete with any senior team in sask. Just my opinion though. I think rocanville wins this series quite easily. Dropping no more then 1 game to canora.

Dinsmore pissed on Canora in their barn. Canora a bottom dweller in any other league. That being said Rocanville is a top team with everyone healthy and playing. Be a quick series i agree. |

Goaltending has been a struggle all season for the snakes. and now with the loss of Foster after taking a puck to the face in the first period last night and losing chicklets and rumour is needs surgery. |

Goaltending isn’t the issue. Sure they’ve had nights when things didn’t work but they also came up huge multiple times. They were a huge part in getting us to where we are now. Canora has also played 12 games post season, prior to entering the final with Roc. Theres injuries and they’re feeling it. |
